Whether you're in town for a few days or just passing through, Greenpoint Athletics welcomes drop-ins from fellow fitness enthusiasts, travelers, and athletes from around the world. We offer a seamless and friendly drop-in experience so you can stay consistent with your workouts—even while you're away from home.

What to Expect
Here’s how to make the most of your visit:

Choose your preferred class or open gym time using our easy online scheduler. We offer single-session drop-ins and multi-visit passes for those staying longer.

Once you book, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to know before you arrive—what to bring, where to go, and what to expect.

We recommend showing up 10–15 minutes early to meet your coach, sign in, and get comfortable with the space. Our staff will help you feel at home from the start.
