At Greenpoint Athletics, we make it easy to start your fitness journey—whether you’re brand new to working out or looking to take your training to the next level. Our welcoming environment, expert coaches, and supportive community are here to help you every step of the way.
Follow our simple 4-step onboarding process to get started:
1. Register for a Trial Class
Jump in with confidence! Choose the program that interests you—CrossFit, HYROX, Personal Training, Boxing, or Open Floor—and sign up for a free or low-cost trial class. This is the perfect way to experience our training style, facility, and community firsthand.
2. We'll Reach Out to Help You Prepare
Once you register, our team will personally contact you to help you prepare for your first session. We’ll answer any questions, walk you through what to bring, and make sure you’re ready to crush it from the moment you walk in.
3. Arrive a Few Minutes Early
To help you feel comfortable and confident, we encourage you to arrive 10–15 minutes early. You’ll get a tour of the gym, meet your coach, and settle in before class starts. First-time jitters? We’ve got you—our team is here to welcome you and help you get situated.
4. Have Fun!
Now it’s time to move, sweat, and enjoy! Your trial class is all about exploring your potential in a fun, supportive environment. We scale everything to your level, so you’ll feel successful and safe every step of the way. Expect expert coaching, good vibes, and a community that cheers you on.
